A tribute to
The hilarious cartoon strip which ran in the British ‘Daily Star’ newspaper from 1978 to 2016
The strip is very loosely based on the French Foreign Legion and chronicles the hilarious misadventures of Bert ‘Beau’ Peep, his fellow Legionnaires, and a host of supporting characters.
It was written by Roger Kettle and drawn by Andrew Christine.
